The Self Care Month starts on the 24th June and goes up until the 24th July. The day "24th" was chosen with the idea that self care can be practiced 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
The 24th July is recognised as the Self Care Day, a great day to promote self love and wellness.

The Self Care Month is essential as it encourages people to stop for a minute and look at themselves, take some time to evaluate their physical, intellectual and spiritual well-being.
