As Christmas arrives along with the end of 2025, another year comes to a close. We hope you have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! HERE'S TO 2026!!

Normal reception hours will resume on Monday 5th January 2025.

Futurelets office staff will be available over the telephone, email or chat between 08:00- 16:00 on the 22nd, 23rd and the 29th, 30th and 31st December . If you have any queries for FutureLets during this time, you can contact us at; unihalls@futurelets.co.uk.

The Accommodation Finance Team- The office will be closed from Monday 22nd December and will reopen on Monday 5th January 2026.

Due to the extended closure period, parcel deliveries and collections will only be available whilst receptions are open.

Please note the payment date for the second instalment will be 20/01/2026.

Welfare – The Welfare Team are based in the Hub and can be contacted on; 02477658029 or by email: welfare.ss@coventry.ac.uk.

Medical Centre – When the Medical Centre is closed, you can consult the Doctors and Nurses at our other Surgery at Engleton House in Radford. When both the Medical Centre and Engleton House surgery are closed, if you phone the Engleton House surgery on 024 7659 2012, you will be put through to the Out of Hours services.

5-Ingredient Rolo Cookies 🍪

Ingredients: 

Method:

  1. Get the eggs ready by bringing them out of the fridge and letting them come to room temperature.
  2. Mix the cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil in a large bowl. Mix until ingredients are just combined.
  3. Take a spoonful of dough and put a Rolo in the middle (be sure to unwrap it!). Roll into a ball.
  4. Roll the dough ball in the sugar to coat completely.
  5. Chill the dough balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  7. Place all of the dough balls on the cookie sheet a few inches apart. Bake until for 9 minutes or until your cookies are done.
  8. Remove from the oven and leave on the sheet for a few minutes. Then place on a wire rack to cool completely.
