...and need a transfer from the airport?

To support you with your arrival to Coventry University, FutureLets has teamed up with National Express coaches to provide you with a FREE transfer from London Heathrow Airport to Coventry.

The service is free, but you do need to book to be able to travel.

If you are studying at the Coventry University London campus, you can book your free TAXI transfer by completing the online booking form located here. This must be submitted at least 3 days in advance of your arrival. 

If you are studying at the Coventry University campus, you can book your free transfer with National Express on our webpage by clicking here. When you arrive at Heathrow (Terminal 3 arrivals), make your way to the National Express coach departure point outside the airport and show your e-ticket to the driver. Once you reach Coventry Pool Meadow bus station, you can then travel directly to your accommodation or your key collection point. Simple!

Important information 

• You will only be permitted 2 hold and 2 carry-on pieces of luggage. If you are bringing any more than this, you will need to contact us via flightarrival@futurelets.co.uk. 
• If you miss the deadline to book your transfer, please contact us via flightarrival@futurelets.co.uk.
• We can provide this service from London Heathrow airports, but should you wish to travel to these airports for the service, please contact us via flightarrival@futurelets.co.uk.
