Easter Newsletter 2026

Dear residents, we hope that you all have a restful Easter break whether you are traveling home or staying with us in Halls. Please see the schedule of events on your 'RES-LIFE' notice boards for fun events over the Easter break.

Please ensure that if you are leaving to travel home ensure you help out by emptying rubbish bins in communal areas and dispose of as well as food that will go out of date while you are away from fridges and cupboards. Remember- any mess you leave will be there when you come back too not nice!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

 Over Easter all the usual methods of support are in place including

 Protection Services on the emergency number – this is on the back of your bedroom door and ideally should be in your mobile though out the year.

 Protection officers will be our reception desks whilst reception staff are not in.

 The Safe Zone App – if you haven’t got his already please google and download it on to your mobile phone – First aid and Protection support - literally at the push of a button!

Opening times over Easter:

Good Friday – 3rd April- CLOSED

Easter Monday – 6th April- CLOSED

Reopen – Tuesday 7th April 08:00 am

Please remember to collect your parcels by 7pm on 2nd April as the next available collection date will be Tuesday 7th April!

Attention returning students

If you have not secured accommodation for next year (2026/2027), then why not book early to avoid disappointment. Want to live with friends – apply as a group and share with friends next year.
