You don’t need fancy spa treatments when you have a kitchen full of ingredients! Mash up some banana with honey, or mix yogurt with oats for a refreshing homemade face mask. Pop it on, chill for 10 minutes, and rinse off for that I’ve-got-my-life-together glow.
2. Shower steam spa
Since a relaxing bubble bath isn’t an option, turn your shower into a mini spa! Hang a few drops of essential oils (like eucalyptus or lavender) on a damp flannel and place it near your shower stream for a refreshing, steamy experience. Bonus points if you play soothing music while you shower!
3. The comfiest movie night
Grab your fluffiest blanket, throw on your favourite hoodie, and binge-watch your comfort films or series. Whether it’s Shrek, Bridgerton, or Love Island, nothing beats the joy of guilt-free screen time with some snacks.
4. Upgrade your hot drink game
