Normal reception hours will resume on Monday 6th January 2025.

The FutureLets Office - The office will be closed from Friday 20th December.

From 11th December onwards the futurelets office team for university halls will now be based across the 3 halls of residence (BishopGate, Godiva, and The Cycle Works).

Futurelets office staff will be available over the telephone, email or chat between 10:00-15:00 on the 23rd and the 27th December and on the 2nd, 3rd January. If you have any queries for FutureLets during this time, you can contact us at: unihalls@futurelets.co.uk and we will respond to you upon our return.

The Accommodation Finance Team - The office will be closed from Monday 23rd December and will reopen on Monday 6th January 2025.

Please note the payment date for the second instalment will be 20/01/2025.

Returners

Returner applications will be reopening in the new year. Check in on the website in the new year. If you have enjoyed your stay within our halls of residence then would you please leave us a google review for The Cycle Works, Godiva Place and BishopGate.

Medical Centre When the Medical Centre is closed, you can consult the Doctors and Nurses at our other Surgery at Engleton House in Radford.

When both the Medical Centre and Engleton House surgery are closed, if you phone the Engleton House surgery on 024 7659 2012, you will be put through to the Out of Hours services.
